Gold Plan
Cost: $149.99/month or $1,499.99/year
24/7/365 email and phone support, proactive monitoring
Priority support within 2 business days
Discounted on-site rates:
- Weekdays: $185/hour
- Weekends/Nights: $290/hour
- National Holidays: $330/hour
Labor warranty: 6 weeks
Loaner equipment (upon availability)
Replacement parts discount: 3%
Diamond Plan
Cost: $449.99/month or $4,499.99/year

- Must be an existing Maxicon customer with an OVRC-Pro device and at least one WATTBOX installed.
