Silver Plan

Cost: $69.99/month or $699.99/year

24/7/365 email support

Priority support within 4 business days

Discounted on-site rates:

  • Weekdays: $200/hour
  • Weekends/Nights: $330/hour
  • National Holidays: $350/hour

Labor warranty: 4 weeks

Gold Plan

Cost: $149.99/month or $1,499.99/year

24/7/365 email and phone support, proactive monitoring

Priority support within 2 business days

Discounted on-site rates:

  • Weekdays: $185/hour
  • Weekends/Nights: $290/hour
  • National Holidays: $330/hour

Labor warranty: 6 weeks

Loaner equipment (upon availability)

Replacement parts discount: 3%

Diamond Plan

Cost: $449.99/month or $4,499.99/year

Includes all Gold Plan features

Priority support within 1 business day

Additional Notes:

  • Annual vendor license costs (e.g., Control4 Connect, Savant) are not included.
  • Must be an existing Maxicon customer with an OVRC-Pro device and at least one WATTBOX installed.
  • Maxicon reserves the right to define priority support emergencies.
